Osteogenic Loading Session ($40.00)
The Osteogenic Loading sessions allow you to schedule when the time is right for you. Sessions can last up to 30 minutes and will consist of Power Plate whole body vigration and bioDensity osteogenic loading. The initial complimentary visit can include Balance Tracking Systems balance and fall risk assessment and grip strength measurement. bioDensity osteogenic loading sessions are a safe and controlled approach offering the benefits of high-impact activity without the risk of heavy lifting or jumping.
Even at the recommended one time per week, bioDensity sessions are shown to improve bone density to combat osteoporosis and osteopenia, as well as improve lipids and blood sugar (A1C) measurements in type 2 diabetics.

Therapy sessions will focus on soft tissue management, chiropractic care, therapeutic stretching and other healing modalities. Our 30 minute therapy sessions are great for maintenance care or as an adjunct to training or Osteogenic Loading. Our 60 minute therapy sessions are great for addressing long standing biomechanical dysfunctions, reducing aches and pains, improving wellness and vitality, and gaining valuable insight into one’s own body. Therapy sessions are different and unique to everyone.
